In our house, nothing says ‘Happy Father’s Day’ like an amazing Sunday Lunch for my husband.
We’ve recently started making this mouthwatering mushroom sauce for our beef steaks, chicken breasts, and pork chops.
My husband literally drools… actually, we all do.
Yes, it is that good. 🤤
I used to think it sounded hard & complicated and only something expensive restaurant chefs make…
But it’s not.
In fact it’s so easy, I wish I would have tried years ago. But I’m grateful I decided to venture out now and find a recipe. My husband is too. 🥳

Heavenly Mushroom Sauce
serves: 4 prep time: 5 min. cooking time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
8 oz. mushrooms- thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. Borntrager Dairy butter
11/2 teas. minced garlic
2 cups Borntrager Dairy cream
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas. black pepper
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over med. heat
Stir in mushrooms and garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are browned.
Stir in cream, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir periodically for 5-8 minutes until liquid is reduced, thickened, and creamy.
Taste, add more salt & pepper if needed.
Serve over Borntrager Dairy steaks, pork chops, or chicken breasts.
