I was there at one point... I had several children and was starting to realize just how important nourishing foods were for me & my kiddos.

At the time, we were drinking raw milk, it wasn't grassfed but it was raw so that was something, right?!
Yes, raw was good, but honestly, our health (my health in particular) changed for the better when we started having 100% Grassfed raw milk.
I was now not only maintaining my health, I was actually making improvements.
I started having less migraines, less sinus issues, more energy, etc. and my overall life continues to get better.
We've since added in 100% grassfed meats, pasture-raised eggs & chicken, orgainc produce, & last year I added in Fresh-ground flour.
There are still things my body is detoxing from all the years of not-so-healthy eating, but truly I'm feeling much better every year & can say I have more energy than I did 5 years ago.
