Price Breakdown
This is the most economical way to buy.
Here is a general idea of the cost.
(Please keep in mind we don't know the weight per hog till the processing date.)
So these numbers will vary a bit.
1/2 hog:
$500 + processing: $175 = $675
90 lbs meat to take home (approx. 1 apple box full)
Estimated $7.50/lb. (depends a lot on what cuts or cures you get)
Payment breakdown:
-Pay us the hanging weight.
-Pay the processor the processing fees.
$4/lb. for hanging weight
Approx. 125 lbs. of hanging weight.
Whole hogs are double the price and double the meat.

4 Easy Steps:
Call our processor to order your preferred cuts. After I receive your order, I’ll give you their phone number and further instructions.
Once the processing is done in a few weeks, pick up your meat at the processor’s.
Pay us for the hog & pay the processor for the processing. We will invoice you after we get the hog weight.
