The last month, I’ve felt we’ve gotten the routine down better!! Yay!

 Yet, I’ve also noticed since it’s cooler, everyone stays in the house A LOT more… so chaos & clutter went up a notch!😯  So, we’ve been working on curbing that!!😉


It seems to help, when I remind them to run outside for awhile!

But… oh my!

WHERE do they belong?? 🙄 We’re still working on that one!😍


Benefits of Eating Grass-fed

So, I feel, it’s much easier to budget for something a bit more expensive when you understand the benefits you’ll receive!!


I’ve listed some fairly immediate benefits (will vary from person to person):

  • Your health issues; gut issues, skin disorders, joint pain, diabetes, lactose intolerance, etc… get better over time 💃

Less spent on empty calories!🤑

Yes! You can move money from your “snack/junk food” budget & use that for nutrient-dense foods; you’ll be healthier + have more energy!


You’ll be buying fewer groceries… 💲💲

This one will vary for each individual.  You have to decide what works for your family!!

I wanted to bring it up since I believe we Americans sometimes forget what society is telling us... might not be what is BEST for us… I know I do!


Consider this for a moment with me… we Americans want to drive the best vehicles & have the nicest houses…🚗🏡

when we (me included!) get a raise or have a little extra money, we get a better vehicle, take a bigger vacation, upgrade our house, etc…

all ok things; but why do we not take better care of our health??🧐

 Having the nicest vehicle & a Pinterest perfect house will not matter in the face of a health crisis…


health crisis happens bit by bit, little decision by little decision… & suddenly you have a crisis…


The great thing… it’s the other way also, healthy eating habits start bit by bit… 


one buying choice at a time, & soon you’ll realize the difference in your overall energy & you’ll be living life to the fullest!! 


A few years back, I read a study that had been done in regards to budgeting…

back in the 1930s & 1940s, people spent nearly 80% of their income on food, in the early 2000’s American people were spending an average of 17% on their food!😱


Ladies, we make most of the food choices for our families… let’s make wise buying choices, remember we are raising generations after us…

+ we want to be around for our grandchildren! We want to be able to run & play with them!


In closing, remember these 2 things:

  1. Knowing your Farmer means Knowing your Food!! 👨‍🌾🧀🥩

  2. Food is Medicine!!😋

You can feel good about knowing you’re spending your $$$ on people you personally know versus some big corporations where you’ll never meet the farmer who produced your dairy or beef…aka you really don’t know how it was produced!

 

📣📣What you put in your mouth will either bring good health or illnesses!
