P.P.S. Try this awesome smoothie recipe!! Great way to rejuvenate after being in the sun!

Strawberry & Banana Smoothie 

                                             Yields 6 servings

Ingredients:

  •  3 cups of Borntrager Dairy Milk

  • 1 cup Honey & Vanilla Borntrager Dairy Yogurt

  • 1/3 cup Borntrager Dairy Kefir

  • 1/3 cup Borntrager Dairy Honey

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 Tbsp. Real Lemon Juice

  • Stevia to sweeten

  • 2 Tbsp. Borntrager Dairy butter



Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high till smooth. 

  2. Sweeten with stevia or more honey to your taste.

  3. Pour into goblets (or glasses) for a yummy and healthy snack! 

Tips:

  • Can use raspberries or blueberries in place of strawberries.

  • You can switch around all the dairy ingredients to whatever you have in the fridge, for example sometimes I might use 1 cup kefir and 1/3 cup yogurt. 

  • Switch it around to your family's tastes!
